Storage and repair
We store products for several international companies on our premises. We deliver daily orders from the warehouse directly to end customers – efficiently and reliably.

CNC machining
Our production includes two Haas 4-axis VF-3 and two 3-axis VF-2 machining centers.

CNC turning
Our production includes Mazak QT Compact 200MSY lathe:
- Maximum machining diameter: 340 mm
- 3m bar feeder, maximum diameter: 65 mm
Cable assemblies
Stepthec offers manufacturing of cable assemblies, customized to the customer’s needs. We handle everything from simple solutions to more advanced cable harnesses. The process can include design, prototyping and production in both small and large series.
Quality assurance
We can ensure the high quality in our production with a Zeiss Eclipse 700 CMM measuring device among other measurement equipment.

Screen printing
For printing, we use two semi-automatic Atma printing machines and several manual printing tables.
Cutting and finishing are carried out with our Zund cutting centers. Materials processed include PE, PVC, PC, PMMA, ferrite, various rubber materials, seals, tapes, etc.

Cutting to shape and finishing
Cutting and finishing is done with our Zund cutting centers that are equipted with camera, Cutting is done by knife or router head.
